Originally as Egg pasta from the Emilia region, ours is a dry lasagna made with only water and durum wheat flour. This format which is tasty cooked both in the oven or boiled, gives rise to tasty and stuffed recipes traditional to Central and Northern Italy, from Lasagna with meat ragu to Lasagna with pesto sauce.
