Ingredients for 4 people:
Casarecce 400 gr
100 gr of speck
100 gr robiola cheese
70 ml fresh cream
Reduce the cream and stock cube down with some parmesan cheese, add the chopped rocket, the robiola cheese and the speck cut into matchsticks, cook the pasta and add to the sauce, stir to blend the flavours and serve.
