Foglie d’Ulivo agli spinaci 320 gr
200 gr of castelmagno d.o.p cheese
100 ml of thick cream
1 nut of butter
In a pan, add the butter, cream and grated castelmagno and melt together.
Add the drained, cooked pasta and toss together, seasoning with salt and pepper as needed and serve.
