Ingredients for 4 people:
Gigli 350 gr
200 gr smoked salmon
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 small white onion
100 ml of cream
50 ml of vodka
In a pan, add the finely chopped onion with the oil and fry for a few minutes, add the shredded salmon pieces and deglaze the pan with the vodka.
Add the cream at the end and stir in the cooked, drained pasta.
