Ingredients for 4 people:
Lasagne 400 gr
350 gr green beans
180 gr Pesto Alla Genovese
For the white sauce:
0.4 lt milk
35 gr Flour
35 gr Butter
Heat the milk for the white sauce, melt the butter, in a pan and add the flour, stir on the heat to brown the mixture and add the hot milk.
Heat the sauce until it boils and thickens, adjust the seasoning and add the nutmeg.
Cut the potatoes into slices, wash the beans and cook both in boiling salted water, drain when cooked and then cook the pasta. In the serving dish alternate layers of pasta with white sauce pesto and vegetables to form a stack and sprinkle with parmesan.
