Ingredients for 4 people:
1 red onion from Tropea
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 glass of water
1 sachet of powdered saffron
In a pan add the olive oil and the chopped onion.
Fry and add a bit of the saffron dissolved in the water.
When the onion is soft, add the cooked and drained pasta adding the butter and chilli to season.
