Since humans became farmers, the bond with wheat and pasta has been unbreakable. In the historic atmosphere of Liguria, Pastificio Alta Valle Scrivia has preserved the authenticity of pasta production, following ancient traditions. We use only the finest durum wheat semolina and pure water from the springs of the Antola Natural Park, imparting to our products a rich and genuine taste.

Our pasta factory in Montoggio is a gastronomic landmark for Liguria, serving both the national and international markets with high-quality pasta. We export to countries such as France, Germany, and the United States, offering a range of preservative-free products, with various weights and BRC and IFS certifications. Thanks to our cutting-edge technology and solar-powered plant, we ensure an efficient and safe production process.
The Alta Valle Scrivia Selection
Our "La Selezione" line encapsulates the best of thirty years of artisanal experience, with traditional techniques such as bronze die extrusion and low-temperature drying. We are committed to attention to detail, environmental responsibility, and quality assurance.
